Adapting to a ‘COVID-normal’ world

Throughout COVID-19, the health and wellbeing of our clients and the MS community has been our top priority.

COVID presented a number of challenges for our team and the people we support. As we continue to adapt to a COVID-normal world, you may still be experiencing the impact. We’re here to support you as we navigate these changes together.

How we deliver our support services

Since COVID-19 started, we’ve adapted to new ways of working to ensure we can keep supporting our clients. Following advice from the relevant health authorities, we have developed a comprehensive COVID-safe plan, so we can provide support and services in a safe way.

Our team provides services face-to-face, on the phone, or via telehealth. This includes:

MS Plus offices

All of our offices are open and operate under our COVID-safe plan. This ensures we can minimise risks and protect everyone who walks through our office doors.

Double vaccinated people can access all of our MS Plus offices. Some of our offices are open for face-to-face appointments only. Please contact us to get the most up-to-date information about your local support services.

Participating in fundraising events and activities

Due to COVID, many of our events had to be postponed or cancelled. We are thrilled that our in-person events are back up and running.

Since we weren’t able to run many of our fundraising events, your donations have never been more important. To learn more about upcoming events, visit our fundraising events page.

MS community shops

MS community shops are op shops (opportunity shops) with a difference. All profits from our community shops go directly to people affected by MS and other neurological conditions. Our shops are filled with high-quality treasures generously donated by the public.
