Our MS Connect team is ready to connect and share meaningful advice and practical tools to help you manage every step of your journey with multiple sclerosis (MS) or another neurological condition.

Who does the Connect team help?

We will partner with you to understand what matters to you and help you access the services you need to live well, when you need them.

If you’re a family member or friend supporting a loved one living with multiple sclerosis or another neurological condition, we’re here for you too! We can provide information and resources, connect you to support groups, or simply listen.
