Our Plus Support Coordination team can help make sense of your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan and connect you with the services you need.
Our experienced support coordinators partner with you to ensure your NDIS plan meets your goals, mapping out your funding so it’s goes towards the things that matter most to you.
How support coordination works
Our support coordinators have a deep understanding of multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. At your first appointment, we’ll review your NDIS plan to make sure it’s working for you.
Our support coordinators will also:
- Help you understand your plan and reports
- Discuss what you like to do – whether it’s sport, painting or family time – and look at how you can use your funds to do more of what you love
- Match you with providers that align with what matters to you, such as value for money, location, specialist neurological knowledge
- Teach you all the practical parts of managing your NDIS plan including signing into the portal

Wayne's story
Wayne had been unable to reach the sand at the beach for many years due to mobility issues. Wayne's support coordinator, Lisa, was able to secure funding through the NDIS for an off-road wheelchair, helping to make Wayne's dream of returning to the beach a reality.
