How we can help you access the NDIS

Our Connect team has helped thousands of people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neurological conditions to access the NDIS. We help by explaining the everyday impact of your neurological condition, even if its invisible, often changing and knowing that the symptoms vary greatly from person to person.

Our Connect team can also help and support you to:

  • Understand the NDIS
  • Prepare for your first interaction with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
  • Know what to ask for in your plan so you get the right support funded for your needs
  • Understand what the NDIS terminology ‘reasonable and necessary supports’ means
  • Understand the documents required by the NDIA
  • Appeal and reapply if you’re denied access to the NDIS

How to get support to access the NDIS

Connect is a free service. You can access it via Telehealth if you live in the ACT, New South Wales, Tasmania and Victoria.
