What does an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) do?
Under the direction and supervision of qualified therapists, our AHA helps you stay on track with your therapy goals by:
- Assisting with exercise programs prescribed by your physiotherapist
- Supporting mobility and balance training
- Assisting with functional activities to improve strength, coordination, and independence
- Guiding daily living tasks and strategies recommended by your therapist.
- Providing home-based or Wellbeing Centre-based sessions.

Why choose our AHA services?

The program is designed and monitored by a qualified physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
Affordable and accessible
AHAs provide a cost-effective option for clients who have limited funding but still require ongoing therapy support.
