Flex and Flow

Experience a 30-minute session of gentle exercises to improve mobility, spasticity and muscle spasms. Neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s and stroke can cause muscle spasticity – where muscles become tight and resistant to movement. Regular stretching helps to alleviate this spasticity, reducing muscle stiffness and discomfort while also increasing range of motion.
