Our MS Plus Constitution provides a governance framework to support robust and principled decision making in line with our aim to be the home of comprehensive support for neurological conditions.
The MS Plus Constitution sets out the formal legal governance arrangements for the company. Our Governance Charter complements the Constitution by setting out additional practical operating arrangements essential for the Board's effective leadership of the Company.
