If you are a child, teen or young adult, and supporting a friend or family member with multiple sclerosis (MS), you may be feeling all kinds of things. There are many people similar in age to you navigating a young carer role.

You may be helping in lots of different ways like doing more household tasks, shopping, cooking or going along to medical appointments. Whatever your family situation, chances are that things have changed, but there are resources and programs to help you.
