The MS Plus board of directors have a broad range of knowledge, skills and expertise. Together they manage our policies, strategic direction and initiatives – ensuring the best possible outcomes for MS Plus and the people it serves.

Adriana Zuccala (Chair)

Adriana Zuccala is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the financial, property and legal sectors. She has friends living with MS.

Alison Brown (Deputy Chair)

Alison Brown is an experienced financial professional who’s worked with not-for-profit organisations for over 25 years.

She’s a chartered accountant and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jennifer Bennett (Board Member)

Jennifer is an experienced non-executive director and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has over 25 years’ experience as strategic advisor and management consultant working in Australia and the UK with top tier consulting firms.

Jennifer is the Managing Director of Spring Green Consulting providing strategy, design and transformation services to the public, private and community sectors. In this capacity she has worked with community, primary and tertiary health services; disability and aged care; and infrastructure.

Jennifer currently serves on a hospital board in rural Victoria that provides both emergency care and aged care. She is also the former Chair of a not-for-profit that provided services to people with disability, people experiencing challenges with mental health, children’s services, and elder care.

Jennifer has a particular interest in community equity, engagement and access; establishing relationships with government; and community partnerships.

Ian Blair (Board Member)

Ian Blair is a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the aged care sector. He is currently the Director of Operations at Uniting AgeWell (UA), a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation and part of the Uniting Church network. UA provides a broad spectrum of services—including residential care, community programs, and independent living – across Victoria and Tasmania.

As part of the broader Uniting network, Uniting AgeWell forms part of Australia’s largest not-for-profit aged care providers. It supports more than 13,000 older Australians through the dedication of over 4,500 committed staff and volunteers. With a proud legacy spanning more than 60 years, the organisation is driven by a deep commitment to person-centred care, empowering older people and strengthening the communities it serves.

Throughout his career, Ian has held senior roles across multiple aged care organisations, bringing a consistent focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and enabling people – both clients and staff – to thrive. He also holds a Master of Business Administration, reflecting his passion for helping organisations and individuals reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending quality time at home or travelling with his wife, Juanita, and their three children – Lachlan, Holly and Noah. A former carpenter, Ian still finds great satisfaction in home renovation projects and almost always has a building project (or two) on the go.

Mathew Cleeve (Board Member)

Mathew has over 20 years of experience providing tailored financial solutions to high-net-worth private clients, family offices and not-for-profits organisations. He has a passion for helping individuals, families and charitable groups manage their complete financial affairs.

Mathew is a founding Partner of LGT Crestone. The firm was established is 2016, and today has grown to become the Australia’s largest, independently owned wealth management company.

Prior to his role at Crestone, Mathew held a directorship role at UBS Wealth Management where he specialised in providing investment advice to the firm’s not-for-profit and private clients. Mat has worked with boards, committees and executive teams of charitable, philanthropic, and faith-based organisations on all matters of governance, defining the purpose of the corpus and developing tailored Investment

Policies. Mathew has been a member of the MS Plus Risk, Audit and Finance committee since 2017. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment.

Corinne Habel (Board Member)

Corinne is a highly experienced director and executive with expertise in business development, fundraising and communications in diverse not for profit sectors including, international development and humanitarian aid, health, education, environment, arts and faith based.

She brings over 25 years experience in implementing effective global strategies. Corinne specialises in developing new and innovative fundraising, communication and business strategies from the ground-up which are based on strong analytical research and planning that result in significant revenue growth.

Corinne is currently the Chief Development Officer at ChildFund Australia. She has an MBA in International Business from George Washington University in DC and is a CPA and holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Maryland.

She is the proud mum of 4 wonderful children and is committed to using her skills in whatever way possible to positively benefit the MS Community.

Corinne Habel

Jeannette Lechner-Scott (Board Member)

Jeannette Lechner-Scott is a professor and neurologist with an extensive medical background. She completed her PhD on pain pathways and trained in neurology in Germany and Switzerland, working at one of the major MS centres in Europe. She has extensive experience working with people living with MS.

Jeannette is a pioneer in epigenetic research, which shows how environmental influences can affect DNA. She has a keen interest in MS and how it impacts cognition, and how MRI technology can be used to monitor MS progression.

Tim Ryan (Board Member)

Tim Ryan is an accomplished, results-focused executive with deep experience across the community, government and social enterprise sectors. He brings a strong commitment to improving outcomes for people of all backgrounds and abilities, shaped by both his professional journey and his lived experience of acquired disability.

Tim is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has served in senior leadership roles including CEO, Deputy Chair and Business Development Manager across purpose-driven organisations. His background also includes experience as a franchisee and a professional team sport athlete, contributing to his collaborative leadership style and focus on building high-performing, values-led teams.

Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009, Tim brings a personal understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by people living with neurological conditions. He credits the positive people around him – and the vital support from MS Plus – as transformative in his journey, providing more than MS ever took away.

Tim is passionate about contributing to MS Plus’ mission and continuing its proud history of support for the MS community. He is known for fostering partnerships that deliver shared value, innovation, and practical impact, always through a lens of empathy, inclusion and shared purpose.

Tim Ryan

Donna-Maree Vinci, GAICD, FGIA, MACS-Snr (Board Member)

Donna’s extensive experience in board directorships, strategy, business, operations, risk management, governance, data, digital technology, and her track record of delivering digital disruption and transformation projects for major financial services organisations globally enables her to play a key role in business transformation as they continue to digitise their business and create new customer experiences.

Donna currently serves as a Non-executive Director of Newcastle Greater Mutual Group, Capricorn Society, Hunter Water and Oakhill College and is a strategic advisor specialising in governance, risk management, digital transformations, data and AI, cyber security and culture and leadership.

Donna has been an active fundraiser and supporter of MS research and services since 2008. From October 2021 she has been a member of the MS Plus Infrastructure Committee and joined the MS Plus Board in April 2023.

Donna is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow with the Governance Institute of Australia. Donna was awarded Cisco's Women in IT, 2019, CIO of the Year Award.
